Viewing Problem Report DetailsThe Problem Report Details page is shown whenever a user chooses to view the details of a Problem Report from a summary table list, or from a URL specified in an email notification. The level of detail available to the viewer will depend on their privileges in the Problem Reporting system. Only viewers from the Certification Authority will be able to see confidential fields, and only viewers in a given review group will be able to see any discussions relating to the specific review.
The Problem Report Details page provides details of the report as submitted by the user, followed by details of each review that the report has been through. If review discussion details have been requested, and the viewer has sufficient privileges to see the discussions, these will be given along with the review details. Other viewers will only see the final conclusion statement at the end of a review.
