Viewing Problem Report Review Details</h3>

<p>
The Problem Report Review Details page is shown whenever a user chooses
to view the details of a Review from the Problem Report Details page.
The page allows the viewer to perform actions relating to the review, if the
viewer is authorized to do so, and to see the details of the review
discussion and resolution.  Only reviewers in the review group
associated with the review are allowed to view the review details.

The options and fields in the details page are described below.

<a name="COMMENTS"><h3>Discussion Comments</h3></a>
<p>
If the viewer is in the review group associated with the review, the viewer will
see a table of comments made in the review discussions, along with the date,
reviewer name, and comment.
